ABOUT
Maddy is from Oxford, England. Her undergraduate studies took her to the University of Warwick where she completed her BSc in Chemistry in 2023. She stayed at Warwick for her MSc under the supervision of Prof. Martin Wills and Dr Stefan Roesner focusing on the synthesis of novel BN heterocyclic scaffolds.
Maddy joined the Watson group at the University of St Andrews in May 2025 where she is now investigating sigmatropic rearrangements of organoboron compounds.
